1. Information We Collect
1.1 Invoice Data
When you upload an e-invoice for validation, we temporarily process:
- Invoice metadata (invoice number, date, amounts, VAT details)
- Supplier and customer information (as contained in the invoice)
- Tax registration numbers
- Line item details

When you use our "Contact" form or request a "Free Report," we collect:
- Email address
- Name (if provided)
- Company name (if provided)

We automatically collect:

- Invoice Validation: To process and validate your e-invoices against FTA requirements

3.1 Encryption
All data transmitted to and from Aigentrix is encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols. Uploaded documents are encrypted at rest during processing.
3.2 Access Control
Access to your data is strictly limited to authorized personnel who need it to provide our services. All access is logged and monitored.
3.3 Secure Infrastructure
Our servers are hosted in secure, certified data centers with physical and digital security measures in place.
4. Automatic Document Deletion
Your uploaded invoices and documents are automatically deleted within 24 hours.
This means:
- After processing, your invoice data is retained for a maximum of 24 hours
- After 24 hours, all documents are permanently deleted from our systems
- Validation reports remain available for download for 24 hours only
- You can request immediate deletion of your data at any time by contacting us
5. Email Address Storage
Email addresses collected through our "Contact" form and "Get Free Report" feature are:
- Stored securely for the purpose of communication and sending requested reports
- Never shared with third parties
- Used only to respond to your inquiries and provide requested services
- Retained until you request deletion or unsubscribe
